the hotel grounds are amazing with gardens. the staff were attentive and ensured i enjoyed my visit. i loved the food selections, especially the egyptian dishes. the reefs was beautiful, so i went snorkeling several times.

the room cleaning was inconsistent . i had to request new towels multiple times. the reception team was slow to respond and seemed annoyed by repeated calls.

the hotel features two main beach areas, one near the olympic pool with a pier over the coral reef. a second beach area included a maze of options with a submerged pontoon leading to a platform. wild beaches had amazing sand.

my superior double room sea view included a spacious layout and a seating area. the bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft. the room had two bedside tables and lamps.

the resort is right on the coast. this makes access to beach strips and swimming areas easy. the location in a well-kept garden adds greatly to the serene atmosphere.

the main restaurant provides good service. it offers a decent food selection for everyone. i especially loved the pasta station run by italian chef sergio, i ate pasta most nights.

mixed feelings about this place

poor cleaningdamaged bag

the room cleaning was not up to standards . the floor was not properly mopped, and there was sand everywhere. i had to call reception multiple times for new towels, and they seemed annoyed after the third call. also, the porter damaged my travel bag on the sharp stones during check out, very frustrating.
